I am in China. Do I need to travel to the U.S.?

Company formation and the EIN application can be done remotely; you submit details online. Requirements for third parties such as banks vary by institution, and we explain them during your consultation.

Can I form a company and get an EIN without an SSN?

Yes. Forming a company does not require an SSN, and an EIN can be obtained without one. We coordinate the application for you.

How long does it take?

It depends on the state and government processing times. Your written quote includes an expected timeline, but government and third-party timelines cannot be guaranteed.

Are state fees included in the price?

Who pays the salaries of people hired through the talent program?

Your company pays salaries and any payroll / EOR fees; they are not part of the membership. Hiring decisions are made by you and the candidate, and placement is not guaranteed.
